It appears things have heated back up again as a source tells PEOPLE the pair have been "hooking up on and off for a few months now."

Multiple sources confirmed to PEOPLE last year that Bieber, 22, was hooking up with Kardashian, 36. The pair were last seen together in late March following the Los Angeles leg of the pop star's Purpose World Tour.

"They have hooked up a few times, including recently. It happens in L.A," the source shares. "He has met her kids, but they don't hook up around the kids. It's on nights when she has help and is able to go out."

Kardashian has three children – daughter Penelope, 3, and sons Mason, 6, and Reign, 1 – with ex Scott Disick, who vacationed in Vail, Colorado with her family last week.

"Kourtney is great. Justin thinks it's cool that she is older and hot. She isn't clingy and has her own life," the source continues. "There are no bad consequences for Justin to hook up with her. She is very easy going and just makes it fun for him to be around her.�

In December a separate source told PEOPLE that Bieber was enjoying a "huge ego boost from hooking up with Kourt," over the span of a "few months."

They’d make $150k-$200k each per episode, according to TMZ, with an additional $500k each for the finale.

Rob and Blac were already “considering having a televised wedding [to] be part of their upcoming reality show,” a source EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife.com, so this news that producers and wedding vendors are willing to pay for it must make these two smile! The couple are considering their options, according to TMZ, but there’s one big obstacle standing in front of Rob’s payday: his mother, Kris Jenner, 60.

Kris, who thinks Rob is making the biggest mistake of his life by marrying Kylie Jenner’s, 18, nemesis, has the family — including Rob — under a blanket television deal, according to TMZ. That means E! gets the first crack at broadcasting anything Kardashian. That means any plans to film this wedding needs Kris’s approval. Kanye West Opens Up On Rob Kardashian’s Engagement

The rest of the Kardashian clan have yet to talk about Rob Kardashian’s engagement to Blac Chyna, but thankfully Kanye West can always be relied upon to open his gob and let us know what exactly is going on.

The rapper was accosted by the shy and retiring folk at TMZ as he walked through Los Angeles International Airport, and revealed he’d not actually been invited to the upcoming nuptials.

“You know what? I haven’t been invited.”

Bit awkward, eh Yeez?

“You know, Rob is my brother,” he added. “I love Rob. I just roll with it. I love Rob, that’s all I can say. I love Rob.”

Sadly, Kanye was unable to let us know what Kim and the rest of the gang thought of the whole situation, staying tight-lipped about rumours the family don’t support the couple:

“I don’t want to speak about anyone else’s feelings, it’s all love and blessings.”

Doesn’t sound much like it, if you ask us. Speaking to People magazine, a source close to the family said: “No one is jumping up and down with excitement today.”

"They have made a united decision as a family to not comment on social media yet about Rob’s engagement. The news is not shocking, and not totally unexpected.”

The couple’s brief relationship has been dogged by controversy ever since the two went public with Blac having a long-running feud with Rob’s famous family after his half-sister Kylie Jenner started dating Blac’s ex, Tyga.
The model has been very vocal about her disdain for the Kardashian-Jenner clan in the past and although many sources reported that the whole family were furious with Rob for dating the star, they all got together to celebrate his birthday with him earlier this year - proving that bygones were bygones.

Beauty is in the eye of the Photoshopper — or something like that. On Wednesday, Kerry Washington took aim at Adweek for allegedly altering her image on its cover. 

“So…You know me. I’m not one to be quiet about a magazine cover. I always celebrate it when a respected publication invites me to grace their pages. It’s an honor. And a privilege. And ADWEEK is no exception,” she wrote on Instagram, leading off with a friendly tone. “I love ADWEEK. It’s a publication I appreciate. And learn from. I’ve long followed them on Twitter. And when they invited me to do a cover, I was excited and thrilled. And the truth is, I’m still excited. I’m proud of the article. And I like some of the inside images a great deal.”

Then the bad news: “But, I have to be honest…I was taken aback by the cover,” she continued. “Look, I’m no stranger to Photoshopping. It happens a lot. In a way, we have become a society of picture adjusters — who doesn’t love a filter?!? And I don’t always take these adjustments to task but I have had the opportunity to address the impact of my altered image in the past and I think it’s a valuable conversation.”
She went on to explain the emotional toll the image caused. “Yesterday, however, I just felt weary,” she lamented. “It felt strange to look at a picture of myself that is so different from what I look like when I look in the mirror. It’s an unfortunate feeling.”
It was a polite slap on the wrist for the mag, but a slap on the wrist just the same. “That being said. You all have been very kind and supportive. Also, as I’ve said, I’m very proud of the article,” she insisted before pointing out some editorial choices she wasn’t thrilled with. “There are a few things we discussed in the interview that were left out. Things that are important to me (like: the importance of strong professional support and my awesome professional team) and I’ve been thinking about how to discuss those things with anyone who is interested, in an alternate forum.”
The 39-year-old Scandal star made sure to end on a friendly note, however. “But until then…Grab this week’s ADWEEK. Read it. I hope you enjoy it. And thank you for being patient with me while I figured out how to post this in a way that felt both celebratory and honest.”
Following her post, Adweek’s editorial director, James Cooper, defended their edits, tweeting, “Happy @kerrywashington was proud of her Adweek profile, sad cover misses for her. Added volume to hair for dramatic effect. No disrespect.”
Hmm. It’s easy to believe the magazine added volume to her hair, but contrary to what Cooper’s tweet implies, it seems unlikely that’s the only change Adweek made  — at least, many of the actress’s Instagram followers found the claim dubious.
“Well said, looking forward to reading it,” Kristen Defaria wrote. “I didn’t even recognize you on the cover, I still don’t get the ‘photo shopping’ you clearly don’t need it, what are they thinking??obviously some is acceptable but not When we can’t recognize the person .. Glad you spoke up, not sure I would’ve picked this issue up otherwise. I do look forward to reading it.”
Another user, Shaelas129, joked, “I think Scarlett Johansson was the inspiration. The pic looks just like her.”
Alongside another picture from inside the mag, one user wrote, “The only picture from the shoot that actually looks like you.”

But this isn’t the first time that Washington has been the focus of a retouching controversy. Last year, fans were not pleased when they felt that InStyle magazine had lightened the actress’s skin for its cover. Much like Adweek, the publication insisted the change was not intentional.
“We have heard from those who have spoken out about our newsstand cover photograph, concerned that Kerry’s skin tone was lightened. While we did not digitally lighten Kerry’s skin tone, our cover lighting has likely contributed to this concern,” the statement from InStyle read. “We understand that this has resulted in disappointment and hurt. We are listening, and the feedback has been valuable. We are committed to ensuring that this experience has a positive influence on the ways in which we present all women going forward.”
Washington responded to the release on Twitter writing, “Beautiful statement. Thank u 4 opening this convo. Its an important 1 that needs to be had.”
Apparently, it needs to be had again. And again.

How precious is this? North West is the most fashionable three-year-old in the world, even when she’s positively freezing! Mom Kim Kardashian, 35, made sure her little one was both warm and cute as a button on their family vacation in Vail, Colorado on April 5, with an outfit that matched her own!

We can’t get over this little cutie. Good thing her outfit is so toasty, because North does not look like she’s enjoying this new thing called “snow” one bit! She’s from sunny Los Angeles, what’s with this frozen stuff? Why is it so darn cold? Sorry, kid! But she’s a snow angel. North is wearing a black, fluffy parka with a (faux?) fur-lined hood, and Kim is wearing an identical, albeit larger one!

 

North’s outfit also includes warm, black snow pants and some heavy duty snow boots. That black beanie with a poof ball on top is way too cute! We’re loving the mommy-and-me look with Kim. She opted to skip the full snow gear and brace the elements to wear something a bit more chic. Underneath that parka it looks like she’s only wearing a black shirt and black pants!

She’s warmer on top, though, with a pair of huge snowboarding goggles perked on top of her head. Maybe she’s hitting the slopes later? That is something we would love to see! The whole Kardashian/Jenner family (save for Rob Kardashian and new fiancée Blac Chyna!) was whisked away on a surprise vacation by Kris Jenner, 60!

Thought they were both at the hip party, they didn’t take pics together which is a shame really, because those pics would break the internet. Instead, they posed the night away in a cool photo booth with Sama and Haya, and the cool looping videos are epic.

Kylie’s Boomerang app shot is so cute! She looks pretty natural with her real shoulder-length black hair and simple makeup. She’s sticking out her tongue and looking like a goofball. The girls captioned the silly photo “So fun last night!!! ⚡️⚡️⚡️,” and judging by the pic, how could it not be?! Kylie can also be seen sweetly embracing one of the sister with her eyes closed with the caption “birthday babies.”

Kendall Jenner 'Secretly Dating' Lakers Jordan Clarkson

The 20-year-old model has been secretly dating Lakers player Jordan Clarkson, PEOPLE can confirm.

"They have been secretly dating for months and they are super into each other," a source reveals. "He is super sweet and a total gentleman and Kendall loves that."

Jenner was spotted out with Clarkson, 23, on a night out at The Nice Guy in West Hollywood on Wednesday. 

Clarkson plays alongside Iggy Azalea's fiancé Nick Young for the Los Angeles Lakers basketball team. 

Kendall was most recently linked to Harry Styles. 

Another insider adds: "She really likes Harry but he's like any other young rockstar and has trouble committing."

Lamar Odom Attends First NBA Game Since Hospitalization

Lamar Odom was all smiles at Wednesday night's game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Miami Heat, his first appearance at an NBA game since his hospitalization in October.

The 36-year-old athlete was welcomed with open arms at the Staples Center in Downtown L.A. ESPN reports that Odom was invited to attend the game by longtime friend and former teammate Kobe Bryant.

Odom received a lot of love from friendly faces during the game, including Los Angeles Times sportswriter Bill Plaschke, who tweeted, "Just greeted Lamar Odom at Laker game, he recognized me immediately, said my name, shook my hand, thrilling to see him coming back."

Plaschke also shared an update on Odom's apparent health, writing, "Lamar Odom walking slow but looking strong, speaking well, giant ray of hope."

It might be an understatement to say Khloé Kardashian's relationship with her estranged husband, Lamar Odom, is complicated.

The two hit yet another roadblock this weekend, when the former NBA star was spotted at a bar reportedly ordering alcohol, but the 31-year-old reality star is opening up about how she dealt handled a different complication: introducing Lamar to Caitlyn Jenner.

"When he had his accident and he was in the hospital, Caitlyn was like, 'I want to come and see Lamar,'" the Kocktails With Khloé host reveals in a clip from Wednesday's episode. "Lamar did not know about Caitlyn at that time

"Lamar was in a coma and Lamar was in a hospital for four months and I kept Lamar very sheltered," she recalls of the 36-year-old athlete being put into a medically induced coma after he overdosed at a brothel in Las Vegas last October.

"During that time was when Caitlyn was transitioning, but also, prior to Lamar's accident, Lamar was not in the best state. I wasn't there to see him, but I can't guarantee you he was watching television was my point," she continues.

"So, when Caitlyn wanted to come and visit Lamar for the first time was in the hospital, I wanted to respect Caitlyn being Caitlyn, but I also was like..." Khloé trails off, when guest Pauly Shore chimes in, "This is why you guys have the number one show."
A source tells ET that the meeting ultimately occurred "a little less than two months" after Lamar returned to Los Angeles.
"I'm not sure if he entirely understood what was going on, but Lamar is very open and non-judgmental," the source explains. "He would be open and understanding.

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick Getting Back Together?

Could the Lord and his lady Kourtney Kardashian be getting back together? The 36-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star shared a silly Snapchat video with her fans, featuring her 32-year-old ex Scott Disick. In the clip, the estranged couple are sitting next to each other, when Scott decides to make an announcement.
"So umm, we wanted you guys to hear it first," Scott says to the camera. "We are getting back together." Before the end of the 10-second clip, Scott leans in to plant a kiss on Kourtney who leans away and laughs, "No!"

It's good to know the two still have a sense of humor. Kourtney and Scott called off their relationship in July of 2015, following Scott's continuous trouble with alcohol. The duo, who are parents to Mason, 6, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 1, decided that although they are no longer romantically involved, they plan on both being around for their children.
