Maybe it’s time for the Beyhive to take a rest. They’ve found a new celeb to diss, and her name is Kim Kardashian, 35. One Bey fan took to Instagram to basically say that Kim is nothing compared to Beyonce, 35! What did Kim ever do to Beyonce?!

Let’s explain the shade. Instagram user bowserceo posted a photo of Beyonce from Lemonade with her album title across the photo. Below the Bey pic is a photo of Kim with “tap water” across the picture. If you search the hashtag #TapWater, the meme is quickly going around the internet. Now that is some serious shade.

This isn’t the first time Kim K has been the target of the Beyhive. Beyonce’s fans attacked Kim after they believed she was trying to upstage Beyonce with racy pics during Lemonade’s premiere on April 23.

Apple hires Tesla exec for classified project

Apple is either well on its way to developing some sort of automobile or else is simply hiring top car talent for no apparent reason.
That's the conclusion increasingly being draw by the talent war being waged between Apple and Tesla in particular, two Silicon Valley neighbors and potentially product rivals.
The latest salvo is the news that a former Tesla vice president of vehicle engineering Chris Porritt, who made his name guiding some of Aston Martin's most elegant roadsters, has joined Apple in a senior position, according to a report Tuesday in sister publications 9to5Mac and Electrek.
Apple declined comment on the report.
Although a number of Tesla employees have defected to Apple over the past year - Tesla CEO Elon Musk has derisively called Apple the "Tesla graveyard," carping that Cupertino is where failed Tesla employees go to die - Porritt is the most senior exec to make the move, although according to the publications Porritt left Tesla some months ago.
Unnamed sources told the twin outlets that Porritt's title at Apple is Special Projects Group PD Administrator. While at Tesla, Porritt had a hand in designing all three models: S, X and the forthcoming entry level 3. At Aston Martin, Porritt worked on the iconic DB9 as well as the One-77 supercar.
Meanwhile, the quest to spot something resembling an Apple car during testing has become akin to seeking out Bigfoot.
TechRadar posted an item last week with a blurry photo of a Ford Transit van with a roof full of tech gear. The site speculated that the gear looked that Lidar - laser radar used in autonomous car tech - but added that the driver appeared to have his hands on the wheel.

How Google abused mobile app market with Android

The European Union said Wednesday that Google breached the bloc's competition laws by giving preferential treatment to its Android operating system on mobile applications.
EU Antitrust Commissioner Margrethe Vestager published a so-called Statement of Objections laying out the case. The tech giant has 12 weeks to issue a formal reply.

"A competitive mobile internet sector is increasingly important for consumers and businesses in Europe. Based on our investigation thus far, we believe that Google's behavior denies consumers a wider choice of mobile apps and services and stands in the way of innovation by other players,” Vestager said.
“Dominant companies have a responsibility not to abuse their position,” said Vestager. “Google has abused its dominant position.”
In a blog post on Google's website, Kent Walker, a senior vice president for the firm, responded by saying that "Android has emerged as an engine for mobile software and hardware innovation. It has empowered hundreds of manufacturers to build great phones, tablets and other devices. And it has let developers of all sizes easily reach huge audiences."
Walker added: "We take (the EU's) concerns seriously, but we also believe that our business model keeps manufacturers’ costs low and their flexibility high, while giving consumers unprecedented control of their mobile devices."
Google's Android operating system is free and comes bundled with other Google products such as Google search, Gmail and YouTube. In Android's five largest markets in Europe — Great Britain, Germany, France, Italy and Spain — it holds more than 70% market share, according to Kantar, a research firm.
The 28-nation EU has other investigations against Google, notably on its search services. It has also brought antitrust cases against Apple, Amazon and Microsoft.

Dana White Confirms Why He Pulled Conor McGregor Out Of U.F.C 200

Last night the world of MMA was hit by the news that Conor McGregor was 'retiring' and whilst we were trying to decipher if it was true or not UFC confirmed that he'd been pulled out of their biggest event ever, UFC 200, by the company. Now Dana White has confirmed why.

There's been lots of speculation as to why McGregor has retired and subsequently been pulled out of UFC 200 with money and the death of friend Joao Carvalho affecting the Irishman both being stated as possible reasons.

However Dana White has come out and confirmed that the reason is actually to do with a training camp that McGregor refused to leave in order to complete advertising for the huge event on May 9th:

White says the promotion is now working on a new fight for Nate Diaz, in the way Diaz stepped in last minute to fight McGregor at UFC 196 when Rafael dos Anjos backed out due to injury, but it's yet to be seen if the match would still be considered as a main event fight.

McGregor's future is still unclear with even White questioning if the Notorious has retired or not.

See The Number Of Tickets Liverpool Fans Will Have If They Reach Europa Final

Liverpool fans looking forward to witnessing their team play in a Europa League final this season should probably make plans for watching the match (should Liverpool overcome Villareal in the semi-finals, that is) in the pub or at home as the amount of tickets they are to receive for the final at Basel's St Jakob-Park is pitifully low.

While Basel's ground may be a perfectly fine football stadium, it's suitability as the host of a major European final is questionable, given that the capacity of the ground is only 35,000 - a figure which ensures the supporters of the clubs who reach the final will only be allocated 9,000 tickets.

If the Reds are successful in defeating Villareal over two legs, one of Shakhtar Donetsk or four time tournament champions Sevilla await in Switzerland on Wednesday, May 18th.

To put the paltry amount of tickets on offer to the finalists into context, Liverpool have 27,000 season ticket holders and sold 32,000 tickets for their Capital One Cup final against Manchester City, earlier this season. Nine thousand tickets have already been allocated to neutral supporters, which further highlights the ineptitude of so many people working at UEFA, that they actually think it's a good idea to reward people who are fans of neither finalist with almost a third of the available tickets for a match of such magnitude.

The remaining 8,000 seats for the final will go to the "local organising committee, national associations, commercial partners and broadcasters, and to serve the corporate hospitality programme". So between them and the neutrals, that's 17,000 tickets that could have been sold to fans of the clubs involved in the match that have gone elsewhere. What a fucking joke..

Pochettino Wants Arsenal Star At Tottenham Next Season

Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has hinted at the possibility of giving Arsenal midfielder Mikel Arteta a coaching role at the club.

Arteta is set to leave the Gunners at the end of the season, with his contract set to expire in June this year. And his imminent exit has led to suggestions Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola, who will take over Manchester City next term, is interested in taking the Spaniard to Eastlands to be part of his back-room coaching staff.

Apple Leak: new iphone to come out with all glass new design!!

He’s at it again. KGI Securities’ Ming-Chi Kuo (dubbed “the best Apple analyst on the planet”) has dug up new information on Apple’s increasingly controversial iPhone plans and this is perhaps the most radical of the lot…

Picked up by the ever reliable 9to5Mac, Kuo’s new report says Apple will completely redesign the iPhone. Out will go the ranges’ famed aluminium chassis and in its place will be the return of an all-glass enclosure. This will also be complemented by new cutting edge curved OLED display.

The only problem? These changes will come in 2017, not 2016.

Yes, according to Kuo, Apple will finally abandon its ‘tick/tock’ external redesign / internal upgrade pattern for iPhone launches. Consequently the iPhone 7 will look largely like the iPhone 6 / iPhone 6S and it will be an ‘iPhone 8’ in 2017 where Apple will pull out all the stops.

Why? Kuo doesn’t speculate, but an obvious point that springs to my mind is that 2017 is the tenth anniversary of the iPhone.

Of course this wouldn’t be the first time Apple has used glass. The company enjoyed mixed success with the material in the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S. Cracked backs plagued these stylish phones, but Kuo argues that advances in toughening glass since then should address this. Glass would also be ideal for wireless charging and boosting antenna reception.

Kane Posts Motivational Message For Spurs After Leicester Draw!

Harry Kane is baying for blood after watching Leicester drop points in the English Premier League title race.

The Tottenham striker would have been hoping that West Ham could put a dent in the Foxes' championship challenge when the sides met at the King Power Stadium this afternoon.

OLYMPIC MEDALLIST ACCUSED OF TWEAKING A PASSENGER'S NIPPLE INSIDE PLANE

An Australian Olympic gold medallist has found himself accused of "tweaking" a plane passenger's nipple during a row over a seat.

Grant Hackett, who won 1500m freestyle gold in 2000 and 2004, is alleged to have "forcefully" grabbed the man's nipple during a flight on Sunday.

The incident happened en-route from Adelaide to Melbourne after Mr Hackett, 35, allegedly became annoyed that the man's seat was too far reclined.

The complainant told Australia's The Daily Telegraph that Mr Hackett pushed the chair forward again after he tried reclining it.

“Then he put his hand through and groped my chest and tweaked my nipple quite forcefully,” the passenger said.

Mr Hackett allegedly stroked his arm and said “it’s OK, it’s all right” but the passenger said he felt unsafe and violated.

He denied the incident was "nasty" but said it troubled him enough to make him worry about flying again.

Guus Hiddink admits some of his Chelsea stars have begun to take it easy as their attention turns to the upcoming European Championship.

Defending champions Chelsea suffered back-to-back Premier League defeats after slumping to a 3-0 home loss against Manchester City on Saturday.

It was their 16th reverse in all competitions during what has been an abysmal campaign, with Chelsea languishing in 10th and still six points shy of their worst Premier League points tally of 50.

Hiddink believes with the season coming to the end and no realistic target to aim for, some of the Chelsea players have begun preserving themselves for the Euros in France.
"Partly true, but I cannot blame the players for having a lack of attitude," the Dutchman said on the matter.

"Some players might think that, but I cannot look into their minds, in their brains. They might be thinking of the Euros.

"When there is nothing at stake then with some people there is a little bit of a lack of the ultimate work."

Despite being out of it Chelsea still have a big say in the title race for this season with home games against Tottenham and leaders Leicester City to come.

2016 Budget: Presidency Highlights Faulty Areas to N’Assembly

The Presidency and the National Assembly inched towards resolving the controversies surrounding the 2016 budget on Friday following alleged “fruitful exchange of ideas” between Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mr. Yakubu Dogara.

The House of Representatives had on Wednesday resolved to “re-examine” the budget for the sake of “overriding national interest and the prevailing economic situation in the country.”

Members took the decision after a two-hour closed-door session, where they mandated Dogara to meet with President Muhammadu Buhari to find a common ground on the dispute.

“The House in executive session, was briefed by the Chairman, House Committee on Appropriation, Mr. Abdulmumin Jibrin, on the budget.

“We delegated the speaker to go ahead and engage the executive, identify the areas of concern and report back to the House.

“If the issues of concern are of national interest, we will look at them again by accommodating them in the budget”, the Chairman, House Committee on Media and Public Affairs, Mr. Abdulrazak Namdas, had told reporters soon after the closed-door session of the House.

In the absence of Buhari, Saturday PUNCH gathered that Dogara met with Osinbajo instead.

Findings by Saturday PUNCH showed that the Presidency, in the course of the exchange of ideas, itemised the “grey areas” in the N6.06trn budget, politely requesting the National Assembly re-work them.

“What happened was that the speaker received a list of items from the VP and the understanding is that the National Assembly should retain some of the provisions in the budget the way they came from the executive.

“There were distortions, which were itemised and they are to be re-worked and retained the way they came originally from the executive”, a senior legislative official, who was privy to the development, confided in Saturday PUNCH in Abuja on Friday.

Investigations showed that, flowing from the understanding, a letter from the Presidency to formalise the understanding is expected to be read on the floor of the House on Tuesday, next week.

NDLEA Recovers Unbelievable 193 Wraps of Cocaine in Passenger’s Socks

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) yesterday recovered 193 wraps of substance suspected to be cocaine inside a passenger’s socks at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport (MMIA), Lagos.

This was contained in a statement issued and signed by the agency’s spokesperson, Mr. Mitchell Ofoyeju, in Lagos and made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).

According to the statement, the drug, which tested positive for cocaine, with a total weight of 3.4 kilogrammes, was detected during routine screening of passengers on an Emirates flight from Dubai.

The statement quoted the NDLEA Commander at the airport, Ahmadu Garba, as giving the name of the suspect as Samuel Maduewesi. “During screening of passengers at the arrival hall, officers noticed that he had some items attached to his legs.

“It was cleverly done, but not good enough to escape our notice.“When his socks were pulled down, suspected wraps of narcotics found to be cocaine fell down on the floor.

“He was immediately arrested and taken for further investigation,” the statement said, while quoting the agency’s Chairman, Mr. Muhammad Abdallah, as calling for stringent monitoring of Dubai-Lagos route by officers.

Why the U.S Navy didn't shoot down the Russian fighter

On Tuesday, two Russian warplanes flew simulated attack passes past the USS Donald Cook in the Baltic Sea, and while the move was unnerving and aggressive, it's not the kind of event the Navy responds to with force.

"You don’t get to kill people just because they’re being annoying," retired frigate and cruiser commanding officer Capt. Rick Hoffman told the Navy Times about the incident.

"We’re not at war with Russia," Capt. Rick Hoffman said.

"It would be one thing to be operating and have a threatening attack profile from someone who might not recognize me — that’s not the case here."

As a former commander of a cruiser that protected aircraft carriers and amphibious-assault vehicles from airborne attacks, Hoffman knows how to deal with threatening aircraft.

The Russian planes, Su-24s, had no visible weapons during the passes, and at no point did the USS Cook detect that the Russians were trying to lock onto them with a missile.

Though the passes likely violated a 1973 agreement between the US and Russia and were a clear act of aggression, downing a plane likely means the death of the pilot, which was simply not warranted given the situation.

According to Hoffman, this stunt most likely took place to generate propaganda for Russian President Vladimir Putin's regime.

"It would be real interesting to see what shows up in the Russian papers in the morning, how they play it," Hoffman said.

"It's not that different from North Korea," he said. "He does something and then he plays it domestically however he needs to play it for the purposes of getting his people energized."

It appears things have heated back up again as a source tells PEOPLE the pair have been "hooking up on and off for a few months now."

Having followed Femi’s diabolic vomits for some time now, I have come to the conclusion that he is a foul-mouthed psycho-terrorist brainwashing Ndi Igbo. And he is succeeding just as Boko Haram is succeeding with the young girls that blow themselves up for a cause they don’t understand. The evidence that he is succeeding could be seen in the numerous Umu Igbo sharing his poison on social media and asking you to forget the messenger and just swallow the message.

But if the messenger has been diagnosed with a chronic case of bipolar political disorder, should we be listening to him? Most importantly, if you arrive at the conclusion that the ultimate goal of the messenger is to sacrifice the blood of Umu Igbo at the altar of nation building, do I still want to read his trash? It’s okay for Femi to proclaim his prophesies of imminent war in Nigeria, but why must he choose Umu Igbo as the vessel to igniting the unquenchable fire that will consume everyone?

The brave hunter D.O. Fagunwa in Ogboju Ode ninu Igbo Irunmole said; I can dance and you can beat the drum, let us cooperate. But when Femi rolled out his broken drums for the Yoruba nation, they abandoned him at the market square and refused to dance. I therefore want my brothers to stop asking me to read what Femi is scribbling with his toes for he is simply an Ochongonoko – a homeless spirit (evil) looking for a host to devour in order to cleanse himself. No need wasting my time here with what he wrote (and truly believe) about Ndigbo in one of those his transient bipolar states.

If Femi is not reminding Ndigbo that the “future belongs to the oppressed” he is telling Nigerians of “a well-orchestrated attempt to Islamise our country and suppress the practice of Christianity”.

Yesterday it was, “why would the younger generation of the Igbo not agitate and fight for the establishment of Biafra? Today he is questioning why Ndi Igbo should be held back from retaliation (killing Fulani men).

I will leave it there as I wouldn’t like to descend to Femi’s level of psycho-paralytic analysis of events in Nigeria. But remember that yesterday, just yesterday he was part of the political class that plundered the national wealth and even headed the campaign for the reelection of the most dangerously corrupt administration in Nigeria. I don’t know what suddenly changed. But, even if you are to agree with his insinuations and call for Armageddon, as Onye Igbo, have you asked yourself why the blood of your people, your brothers, sisters, mothers and fathers must be sacrificed for the ‘emancipation’ of Nigeria?

iOS 10 concept imagines new exciting features we’ve been dying for

Apple has made significant strides over the years when it comes to the usability and sleekness of its mobile operating system, but sometimes even the most successful designers would be wise to listen to criticism from fans.

In a new video, YouTube user Ralph Theodory has taken a stab at his own conceptual design for iOS 10, and it's quite the improvement over iOS 9.

There's no point in detailing every change that Theodory implemented into his concept, but a few are definitely worth discussing. For example, why isn't the Smart Info Cam he shows off at the beginning of the video already a thing? The fact that you need to download separate apps to do something the camera should be able to do on its own is patently silly.

The best parts of these concept videos are when the artists make something look just as simple to implement as the average user would expect it to be. For example: why isn't there an option to remove the system apps that we never use? Add a separate screen in the Settings menu and we'd always be able to restore them if we decided we needed them back somewhere down the line.

You don't have to look very hard to find iPhone and iPad users unsatisfied with the user interface of Apple Music. It's one of the least pleasant first-party experiences on iOS, but the proposed quick reach menu could work wonders.

So disgraceful! Hulk Hogan’s racist rant taped by sex partner Heather Clem has finally been made public, with the audio clearly proving that he did in fact call his daughter’s boyfriend the ‘N’ word and he does it so casually! Read on for more about what the tape contains.

The audio came from the 2011 sex tape that Hulk didn’t know he was participating in with Heather Clem, the now ex-wife of his friend and radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge, 49. While the sex tape and audio transcripts were already made public, the actual tape of Hulk saying the horrible racist words was finally released Apr. 14 via the soundcloud site Death And Taxes and be warned, it’s graphic!

“So it gets to the point where…I dunno if [daughter] Brooke was f***ing the black guy’s son, or they’ve been hanging out,”Hulk is heard telling Heather on the tape. “I caught them holding hands together on the tour,” he adds in a completely calm voice.

The audio cost Hulk his career, as when transcripts of the tape were published by Radar Online, he was immediately canned by the WWE as well as losing his judging spot on USA’s Tough Enough. He went on a major apology tour but it wasn’t enough to get him his jobs back.

Hulk – real name Terry Bollea – ended up suing Gawker Media for $100 million for violating his privacy and showing over a minute of the sex tape on Gawker’s website, and a Florida jury returned a verdict in his favor on Mar. 19 for $115 million in compensatory damages and another $25 million in punitive damages. But all that money still won’t be able to get his career back on track after his racist rants.

Microsoft sues U.S. government over demands for customer data

In the latest clash over privacy rights in the digital age, Microsoft is suing the U.S. government over a federal law that allows authorities to examine customer emails or online files without the individual's knowledge.

The lawsuit comes as the tech industry is increasingly butting heads with U.S. officials over the right to view a wide range of information — including emails, photos and financial records — that customers are storing on smartphones and in so-called "cloud" computing centres.

Microsoft ays the U.S. Justice Department is abusing a decades-old law, the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, to obtain court orders requiring it to turn over customer files stored on its servers, while prohibiting it from notifying the customer. The company says that violates its constitutional rights of free speech and customers' protection against unreasonable searches.

A Justice Department spokesman said the government had no immediate comment on the lawsuit, which was filed Thursday in Seattle federal court.

Microsoft, which is based in Redmond, Washington, says authorities used the law to demand customer information more than 5,600 times in the last 18 months. In nearly half those cases, a court ordered the company to keep the demand secret.

"We appreciate that there are times when secrecy around a government warrant is needed," Microsoft Corp. President Brad Smith said in prepared statement. "But based on the many secrecy orders we have received, we question whether these orders are grounded in specific facts that truly demand secrecy. To the contrary, it appears that the issuance of secrecy orders has become too routine."

Threatened with contempt

In an interview, Smith said the company decided to file its challenge to the law after a case where authorities threatened to hold Microsoft in contempt when it sought to contest a particular secrecy order.

"That caused us to step back and take a look at what was going on more broadly," he said. "We were very disconcerted when we added up the large number of secrecy orders we've been receiving."

The lawsuit comes as Apple has been waging a high-profile legal battle over the FBI's attempt to compel that company's help in obtaining data stored on iPhones.

"It's part of the same trend," said Alex Abdo, a staff attorney at the American Civil Liberties Union. He said tech companies "have gotten the message loud and clear from the American public, that privacy matters."

Inky may be officially classified as a "common New Zealand octopus," but he's become a global star thanks to a brilliant jailbreak that would have the cast of "Escape from Alcatraz" saying, "Why didn't we think of that?"

Inky fled the confines of his tank at the National Aquarium of New Zealand about three months ago, though news of the daring ploy just surfaced and spread like an ink blast through water this week.

Here's what the amateur CSI team at the aquarium believes happened: The tank was left a little bit ajar. Inky opened the lid, climbed out, located a 6-inch-wide (150-millimeter) drain opening and slithered out. "There was a wet streak across the floor in the direction of a drain pipe which went out to the Pacific Ocean," says Robyn McLean, communications manager for the Napier City Council.

The official was originally earmarked to take charge of the game at Britannia Stadium this coming Monday.

But given the magnitude of the match, where a positive result could see Spurs reel in Leicester in the title race or a negative result could fire the Foxes closer to winning the league, he's now been swapped out for Neil Swarbrick.

Friend probably never thought he'd get into a situation where a game he was due to take charge of had so much at stake for the team he supports.

But Spurs fans noticed his allegiance and their reaction has now prompted the Professional Game Match Officials Ltd to make the move.

Referee chief Mike Riley said in a statement, via dailymail.co.uk: "Kevin Friend, initially selected for the game, is from Leicester and has attended matches at Leicester City in a personal capacity.

"Given the context of this match, it was felt unnecessary to add extra scrutiny on the refereeing appointment."

It is commons for referees to not take charge of games involving the team they support.

Now Spurs fans can be safe in the knowledge that there won't be any dodgy decisions come Monday night as they look to keep the pressure on Leicester going into the final games of the season.

Or at least that's what they'll hope for - we'll end up seeing Swarbrick give Stoke three penalties and send off four of Mauricio Pochettino's players in the game. So much for worrying about impartiality.

The Sergio Ramos to Manchester United transfer saga of last season pretty much summed up everything that is wrong with the club these days. They spent most of the summer trying to sign one defender and when they then missed out on him and others Louis van Gaal claimed he never wanted a centre back. Now someone else is after Ramos.

Ramos never really looked like he was going to move from the Bernabeu to Old Trafford and in the end maybe United got the better end of the deal when they got to keep David de Gea.

However this summer it's been reported that Chelsea will break the world record fee for a defender and British transfer record by signing Ramos for £63.5 million or at least they'll try. That's according to Spanish paper Don Balon.

The news could spell the end for John Terry's time at Stamford Bridge. The Chelsea captain's contract runs out at the end of the season and whilst he publicly came out to say he'd be off at the end of the season it was thought there was a chance Antonio Conte could yet renew his deal.

However signing 30 year old Ramos would put the end to that speculation, especially with Gary Cahill having recently signed a four year extension.

It would be massive money for a defender, especially one with discipline issues, is Ramos worth the money?
