On Monday, the wrestler testified in his lawsuit against Gawker Media, who posted a secretly-recorded sex tape from 2007 of him and Heather Clem, AKA the ex-wife of his former friend Bubba the Love Sponge.
The 62-year-old revealed under oath that he was in a really bad place at the time the filthy flick was filmed, admitting he had "bottomed out" and "just gave in and let my guard down."

The reality star admitted he was discouraged about his failing marriage with Linda Hogan, saying:
"A lot of things were happening at the same time. I was trying unsuccessfully to get my wife back. She told me verbally over and over, 'You're too old, you're too slow, you don't turn me on. I want to find somebody younger.'"
He also explained the shock jock was the guy he had turned to during those tough times, and said that the 49-year-old had actually been encouraging him to sleep with his then-wife, testifying that he said things like:
"Heather wants to see you naked. Heather wants to have sex with you."
The famous father confessed that Bubba's home "was a place where I felt safe, as crazy as it sounds. I thought those people loved me."
He didn't expect that his confidante would secretly film him and then sell it to the media, adding:
"Bubba walked in behind us and said, 'Okay guys, I'm going to my office. Here's a condom.' It didn't make sense but it just happened. My gut was telling me, 'This is wrong. This is crazy.' Everything was just so surreal."
During the cross-examination, the VH1 alum explained that he had no idea there was a security camera aimed at the bed he and Heather were in, saying:
"Yeah, I knew Bubba had security cameras. I was never told he had a camera in the bedroom pointed directly at his bed."
And while Hulk has recalled the embarrassing moment he learned about the scandal, Gawker is firing back by saying the tape is protected by the First Amendment, since he's been so open about his sex life in the past.
What do U think about this controversial case, Perezcious readers?
