Paris Saint-Germain coach Laurent Blanc has signed a two-year contract extension, the French champions have confirmed.
PSG made the announcement on Thursday, with Blanc - the club's most decorated coach - set to stay in the capital until June 2018, with Goal previously reporting that the club were close to agreeing a deal, despite interest from Jose Mourinho.
It is just reward for Blanc, who has guided PSG to back-to-back Ligue 1 titles following his appointment in 2013.
As well as league glory, Blanc has hoisted aloft the Coupe de France (2015), Coupes de la Ligue (2014, 2015) and Trophees des Champions (2013, 2014, 2015) at the Parc des Princes.
And the 50-year-old is on track to add his trophy collection, with PSG 24 points clear atop Ligue 1 after 25 matches
