Tom Brady’s Personal Assistant Was Investigated By FTC

Apparently in 2015 as Brady is tangentially-involved in another situation but this one doesn’t involve deflated footballs or Greg Hardy.
A report published by Boston Magazine says that Alex Guerrero, who doubles as Brady’s trainer/assistant/business partner, was investigated numerous times by the Federal Trade Commission for being a fake doctor and making extraordinary claims on health products. Guerrero appeared in numerous infomercial promoting the product ‘Supreme Greens’ and claimed it could prevent, and cure, cancer. He also claimed that it could aid in significant weight loss and was safe to use by pregnant women and children.
The FTC investigated both the product and Guerrero and they found out that despite his claims, Guerrero was not a licensed doctor and the medical degree he claimed to have gotten came from a college that no longer exists. The FTC also found out that Supreme Greens was a complete sham, had never been scientifically tested, and could not prevent, or cure, any of the ailments in which Guerrero boasted it could.
